This
program of study is designed to prepare students to layout, fabricate,
erect, install, and repair various structures, using hand tools and power
tools. It includes instruction in common systems of framing, construction
materials estimating, and blueprint reading. Classes begin on tool use and
safety, and continue into residential carpentry, plumbing and electricity.
