South Conway County School District, State of Arkansas, met in Regular Session
in the Board Room of the Superintendents Office in Morrilton. President Mark Stobaugh called the meeting
to order.

Director offer to Mrs. Henderson and to reinstate Mrs. Henderson in her
previous position as Reynolds Elementary Principal.
