South Conway County School District, State of Arkansas, met in Special Session in the Board Room of the
Superintendents Office in Morrilton.
President Mark Stobaugh called the meeting to order.

Contract to Sell
A
motion was made by Mr. Boyle with a second by Mr. McDonald to agree to the
contracts with the Arkansas State Highway Department to purchase approximately
.22 acres for $2,200.00 and to lease approximately .22 acres for $450.00 both
near River Valley Technical. Mr. Adams is authorized to sign any and all
documents necessary to effect the transaction.
