The Board of Education of the
South Conway County School District, State of Arkansas, met in Regular Session in the Board Room of the
Superintendent’s Office in Morrilton.
President Mark Stobaugh called the meeting to order.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

motion was made by Mr. Cawein with a second by Mr. Gibson that the board be
in an executive session to consider personnel matters related to resignations,
elections, and requests.

presented Mrs. Shipp with a plaque honoring her years of service on the South
Conway County School Board.
BOARD REORGANIZATION
The South
Conway County School Board reorganized.
Mark Stobaugh was voted President, Doyle McDonald was voted
Vice-President and Stephen Carter was voted Secretary.

motion was made by Mr. Cawein with a second by Dr. Carter to accept the
resignation of Erin Shaw as High School
Librarian and Kathy Criswell as 504
Teacher Aide. These positions will not be filled.

half-time bus driver for the 2003-2004 school year.
