Congratulations to Mrs. Tiffanie Manes on being awarded the Carrie Taylor Distinguished Director of the Year award for High School! This is her second time to achieve this award.

MHS-ESOL sent letters to local veterans that were given in an event organized by the Goodnight family with Representative French Hill in attendance.
Thank you to all who are currently serving and have served in our US armed services. Today, MHS celebrated you with our annual Veterans Day Assembly.

CAREER OPPORTUNITY FOR HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS!
Be Pro Be Proud Draft Day is an incredible opportunity for high school seniors to be matched with employers for real interviews and possible job offers! The match event will take place in the spring!
Morrilton High School is participating and students have already been invited to register for the event. All interested seniors must be registered by November 17th, to participate.
What you can do to help get MHS students connected:
1. Talk to your student about the opportunity.
2. Encourage them to register to attend one of our Devil Dog Development sessions next week to learn more about it.
We will take care of getting them registered and prepared through resume-writing workshops and mock interviews.

November 8th Calendar of Events:
Phone service has been restored for the South Conway County School District.
Morrilton High School is conducting a lockdown drill this morning on 11/7/23. This only drill.
No other schools are conducting lockdown drills today.
Currently the entire phone system for the South Conway County School District is not working due to a server crash. The phone vendor is working to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
