On February 6th, a scoliosis screening program will be conducted for 6th grade girls. Refusal for this screening, if you should opt for your child not to be screened, must be turned in to the nurse in writing prior to the date of screening.
On February 6th and 7th, BMI screenings will also take place for all of 4th and 6th grade. Again, if you wish for your child not to be screened, written refusals must be turned in to the nurse.
Refusal for BMI and refusal for scoliosis are seperate. Please note that a refusal for BMI does not count as a refusal for scoliosis. Forms have been sent home with students.
Please contact the school nurse with any questions at 501-354-9476.
