Morrilton Junior High School has named Ms. Shannon Ferguson as its 2026 Teacher of the Year, an honor voted on by her peers.
Ms. Ferguson is known for her strong relationships with children, dedication to academic success, and commitment to creating a positive and engaging learning environment. She holds high expectations while supporting every child in reaching their potential.
“Ms. Ferguson leads with heart and purpose,” Robert Hogan, MJHS Principal, shared. “She embodies what it means to serve students and help them grow both academically and personally.”
