It is never too late to register your child(ren) for kindergarten at Morrilton Primary School! All you have to do is go to the Morrilton Primary School office at 410 S. Bridge St. in Morrilton during school hours.
All you will need is the following:
1. Birth Certificate
2. Social Security Card
3. Immunization Records
4. Medical Physical (from the last two years)
