The South Conway County School District (SCCSD) is excited to announce that all PreK-12 schools will dismiss at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, March 14, 2025, to allow students, families, staff, and the community to support the Morrilton Devil Dogs Boys' Basketball Team as they compete in the 4A State Championship Game in Hot Springs. This is a historic moment for our school and community, and we want to ensure that everyone has the chance to be part of this incredible experience. “We are proud of our student-athletes and the hard work they have put in to reach this moment,” said Superintendent Shawn Halbrook. “This is a special opportunity for our entire community to come together and show our support for the Devil Dogs.” The 4A State Championship Game will take place at Bank OZK Arena in Hot Springs. Fans are encouraged to travel and cheer on the Devil Dogs as they fight for the state title. We appreciate our families' and staff's support and flexibility as we celebrate this exciting achievement.
