What does this mean for families?

✅ All enrolled students in PreK–12 will receive a healthy breakfast and lunch every school day at no cost, regardless of household income.
✅ No forms or applications are required—your child is automatically eligible.
✅ It’s one more way we are working to reduce barriers, support families, and ensure every scholar is ready to learn.

This is about more than meals—it’s about equity, access, and taking care of our learning community. When students are well-fed, they are better prepared to focus, grow, and thrive.

Brodie Jackson, a Morrilton High School junior, is competing at the Future Business Leaders National Leadership Conference in Anaheim, CA. Brodie won the Arkansas FBLA Website Coding and Development competition in April, qualifying him for nationals. Congratulations and good luck, Brodie! #DevilDogExcellence

📣 Returning Student Registration is NOW OPEN! 📣 If your student attended South Conway County Schools during 2024-2025 school year, parents and guardians can now access the registration portal to update student information, complete required forms, and ensure your child is ready for the start of the new school year. 📧 Snapcodes Unique registration codes and links are being emailed to guardians of students to start and complete this process. The Morrilton Mobile Library is parked at MHS today during the lunch summer feeding. Please come by and check out a book and enjoy lunch!!! (Lunch is provided to all children 18 and younger from 11:00 AM to noon.) Library books are available to all SCCSD students.

BELL TO BELL, NO CELL LAW Parents/Guardians and Students, We want you to be informed and prepared. Starting the 2025-2026 school year, the Arkansas Bell to Bell, No Cell Law (Act 122 of 2025) will be in effect in all public schools, including the South Conway County School District. This new law prohibits students from using personal electronic devices during the school day, from the first bell to the last, to ensure a productive, respectful, and safe learning environment throughout the district. Personal electronic devices are as follows, but are not limited to: Cellular phones Paging device/beeper Wireless earbuds Mobile phones that offer advanced computing and internet accessibility Digital media player Portable game console Tablet, notebook, or laptop computer Digital video or audio recorder Smartwatch Any device that can connect and transmit data through Bluetooth technology For more information, please refer to the 2025-2026 Parent-Student Handbook. On July 15, 2025, the South Conway County School District will destroy Special Education records of students who graduated, moved, or were dismissed from Special Education services in the district between July 1, 2018, and June 30, 2019. This process follows federal and state laws. Students, parents, and/or guardians may obtain any data from folders before July 15, 2025, by calling the Special Services Office at (501) 354- 9400 ext. 1017. #loveservecare4people❤
