Due to a shortage of bus drivers, bus 36 will be late this afternoon 10/12/21.

Morrilton High School Alumni, Tina Fletcher, presenting to educators at the Arch Ford Educational Cooperative. Ms. Fletcher is a PhD candidate. Her topic was diversity of faculty in schools.
Tina Fletcher represents "Devil Dog Excellence" daily in her life.


October 12th Calendar of Events.

Tonight at the regular scheduled board meeting, the SCCSD Board of Education voted to amend the Continuity of Services Plan in terms of Face Coverings. It reads as follows:
South Conway County School District “Face Covering Requirement” for indoor venues may be determined by the administration. If the “Risk Level” is RED or higher on the website https://achi.net/covid19/ for South Conway County School District, face coverings will be required by staff and students in the indoor venues or transportation. If the “Risk Level” is ORANGE or lower, there will not be a face covering requirement (Face coverings will be optional) for staff and students in the indoor venues or transportation.
ACHI has the following categories for COVID Infection Rates for School District Communities:
1. Purple - 100 or more cases per 10,000 residents
2. Red - 50-99 cases per 10,000 residents
3. Orange – 30-49 cases per 10,000 residents
4. Yellow – 20-29 cases per 10,000 residents
5. Lime Green – 10-19 cases per 10,000 residents
6. Green – 0-9 cases per 10,000 residents
The South Conway County School District is currently categorized in the “Yellow” Category. That means face coverings are NOT required and are optional for students and staff beginning tomorrow 10-12-21.
