On September 14, 2021, the South Conway County School District Board of Education approved a revision to the 21-22 Academic Calendar to go into effect immediately.
The SCCSD will dismiss school early for all grades on Tuesday, September 14th at 2:25 p.m. for Grades 7-12 Parent/Teacher Conferences.
Sept. 14th Calendar of Events in the SCCSD:

Due to a shortage of bus drivers, busses 34, 36, & 68 will be late this afternoon 9/8/21.
Junior Kaleb McCuien rushed for 229 yards and a touchdown, junior quarterback Damarius Martin accounted for three scores and senior kicker Jackson Landon connected on a key 42-yard field goal in the fourth quarter to help the Morrilton High School football team pick up its first win of the season, 31-26, over Beebe on the road Friday night. The Devil Dogs trailed, 6-0, after the first quarter, but Martin threw touchdown passes to senior Julian Brockman and junior Maddox Hogan in the second quarter to help Morrilton take a 14-13 halftime lead. The Devil Dogs found the endzone two more times in the third quarter on a one-yard run by McCuien and a 16-yard run by Martin to go up, 28-13. Beebe was within eight points of the lead at 28-20 when Landon connected on the longest field goal for a Devil Dog kicker in 15 years to give Morrilton some separation. Those were the last points the Devil Dogs would score, but the defense was able to keep the Badgers out of the endzone on their final possession to preserve the win.
The Devil Dogs totaled 328 yards on the ground and outgained the Badgers, 376-353, in total yardage in a game that was statistically even in a number of categories.
The Devil Dogs play their home opener this Friday against Wynne.
